Performance/Stability issues when using View 5.1.2 Agent on physical machine based desktops

without comments

When visiting the VMware View Download page at today I’ve got a notice about a new knowledge base article which was published back in December 2012. If you’re using the View Agent on a physical desktop computer to get remote access to it you might face some performance issues or will have an decrease in stability. This symptoms can only be seen on physical desktop, NOT virtual desktops in a VDI.

Only the agent version 5.1.2 seems to be affected.
