There are VMware View Start Menu entries that allow you to set the logging levels and create a log bundle. Also you can find a support.bat batchfile in the folder C:\Program Files\VMware\View Server\DCT. When executing this file it will create a logfile package on the desktop. You can set the loglevel when starting the script with the parameter loglevels.
