How do I enable debug information in VMware View Client/Agent?

You can find a support.bat batchfile in the folder C:\Program Files\VMware\View (Agent or Client)\DCT. When executing this file it will create a logfile package on the desktop. The loglevel can be set when starting the script with the parameter loglevels.
