The version of RDP depends on the installed RDP version on the client computer. Both version of RDP, 5.x and 6.x will work, but it is recommended to use the newer version 6.x. The used RDP version on the agent side depends on the installed operating system. Windows XP for example uses RDP 5.1, Windows Vista version 6.x.
