The web site www.thatsmyview.net was founded in April 2009 as the first community project which is dedicated to VMware View, an enterprise class desktop virtualization solution. After a while I’ve decided to blog also about other virtualization related topics.

My name is Christoph Harding (aka Christoph Dommermuth) and I’m working as a Desktop Business Manager at VMware. Back in January 2008 I started at VMware as a Specialist Systems Engineer for Enterprise Desktop Solutions which was one reason for me to start a dedicated blog for VMware View. Back in 1997 I began to work in the IT industry as a trainee. Since then I’ve worked a lot in the application delivery space including Microsoft Terminal Services and Citrix technologies.
